Just goofing around with the online English to Spanish translator. I don't know much Spanish but the translator said flacos translates to skinny. So Corto, Gourdos, Flacos is short, fat, skinny, much like me depending on which parts you're looking at.
Thanks for the comments. These are just sanded to 220, the pitch gums the sandpaper instantly so after a few seconds you're just burnishing. The turpentine in the pitch creates a high that's even better than spraying lacquer. After these 'dry out' and loose their tackiness, I'll probably resand them by hand and give them a couple coats of lacquer. For now they just have a sprayed on wiped off shot of deft lacquer to pop the color and get rid of the sticky on the surface.
Faust, sometimes la grasa es hermosa, so is corto and flacos....usually nothing to do with the shape.
