    Small Walnut Bowl

Small bowls filled with candy always seem to be appreciated at Christmas parties. Size is 4 1/4 high x 7 1/4 wide. Lacquer seal coat, tung oil finish, and buffed. It has a nice feel.

Dan - that is a pretty bowl! I really like all the contrast between heartwood and sapwood! Is going to make for a wonderful gift!

Dan that is a purdy bowl. Love the wood contrast. Candy dishes always make great gifts.

Very nice! Did that walnut have to travel far to reach your lathe?

That will hold plenty of M&M's Dan! I'm having trouble getting hold of the actual shape...old eyes and bad glasses on my part. Finish and wood are really cool!

Very nice looking bowl. It looks like the sap wood is sandwiched in between the heart wood!
