    toot toot toot (my own horn)!

    I know its not a brand new piece but I recently started uploading photos to the AAW site and guess who had a piece selected for "turning of the week"? That be me!!! The piece I won 2nd place in the Beauty and the Beast contest (Beast category) was selected to be on the cover. Pretty cool to see it on the front page.

    Thanks. Their site is fairly dead in the forum department so I don't spend much time there, but to "self promote" I have been taking the time to post more photos across several wood turning sites. And it doesn't hurt to grab the attention of anyone at the AAW.....I would think.
