    Need help engraving

    I am trying to do trophies for my grandsons peewee football team and have a product called Versa-Flex thin plastic for engraving any suggestions on where to start power, speed and pulse? 45 watt Epilog.. I do not do this type of work but trying to help the teams give the kids better trophies

    Somewhere around 15-20% Power 100% Speed.

    The versa-flex I used in the past seems to vary from batch to batch a bit
    ULS 50 Watt
    Sublimation
    Sandblasting
    Diamond Drag/Rotary Engraver

    Ok I did that yesterday and then it had smoke all over it? could not wipe it off is there a trick I have to get these finished today.

    Craig , do you have any masking material, that will help keep it clean, also are you sure this is laserable plastic and not rotary.

    Ok thanks to all I got it done my settings where to hot and to slow International plastic gave me some settings and dead on. Again Thanks.

    Good to hear you found a solution to your problem. To help out others in the future when they search this forum for the same answers you were seeking, it would be nice if you could post the settings you used that worked.
