Yet Another Flip Top Tool Table

Some noteworthy features are: washers, hinges, pivot rod, gasket punch are all shop-made, thus economy of construction is realized. Using just 2 rigid casters and a tow-bar for placement, this unit is as stable as a tombstone, yet floats across the shop floor when stored against a wall. The video is a journal of the build, only moderate skill is needed to reconstruct.

Very nice Hank, I enjoyed the table, I enjoyed your video and the journal that goes with it.

I figure if they can use him in a turkey if a movie- "Fire Maidens From Outer Space" (1956) that gets riffed by MST 3K, I can use him in a woodworking video.
    Thanks Bart.

Well Jeff, the final wrap party with cast and crew was a blowout- just basically me and a bottle of Welch's grape juice- but the vids are always fun to make!

A lot of people have wondered about a replacement for Norm.

    Ta da!!!

Instead of flannel shirts and blue jeans, it's hawaiian shirts and baggies.

    Gotta love it.

Most excellent, both the flip top and the video.
