Corian Bottle Stopper

I used Ken's method to glue up the corian pieces, clamped them overnight and turned this stopper this morning. You can't see any seams anywhere and it turned great. Now I'll do some segmented ones with a variety of colors. Need to get that buffer out now ... Thanks for looking.

Ron,
I wet sand mine with a little water and micro mesh to 12000 and then use Hut Plastic Polish. Really makes 'em shine. Great to see you posting again!

Nice job on the stopper Ron, I have found the solid surface material a joy to work with and in fact I made up a couple of blanks last night.
I also wet sand mine, with the Trizac finishing paper made by 3M and finish polish with a buffing wheel. Thank's for showing your work.
