I just acquired a nice, vintage, bevel-edged, socket chisel that has the very faint remnants of a mark on it. It looks as if the mark is outlined with a box, but the sides of the box are "wavy" lines, not straight. (Sorry, can't think of a better way to describe it.) I can barely make out a couple of letters, "OU," and the last three might be "ERY." I'd post a picture, but the mark is so faint I couldn't get it to show up in a photo.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks for your help!
