Portions of West Tennessee will be hit hard. I will not be affected personally, but several of my employees over closer to the river have evacuated their houses and offices.

My daughter lived on Mud Island in Memphis a few years back. From what we've heard that area has been evacuated. She does have some friends there but hasn't heard anything yet. We have an annual family reunion scheduled for Memorial weekend in Tunica. I rarely attend (not a gambler, but love to eat) but do have reservations for this year. I've read where all nine casinos are closed and may not open for as long as 6 weeks. Okay with me if we find another hotel and spend the weekend at the Cracker Barrel.
