Hi Everyone,

I was in contact with Richard Madden recently and he informed me that he made a prayer request in my name when he found out about my cancer. We were going to travel together to see Jim Adkins and see HHDD ("How'd He Do Dat") but just prior to our trip I told Richard (Rick) that I had to cancel because I had just found out that I had prostate cancer and needed to see the doctor on the HHDD day. He then made this prayer request.

I want to thank everyone that prayed and sent their spiritual energy for me and Jim Burr. I am not a "church-goer" but I do understand the power of prayer and spiritual energy. THANK YOU ALL !!!

While doing tests for the prostate cancer they found a couple of spots on my lungs (never smoked but both parents did) but they are too small to know with certainty what they are. I had external radiation done on the prostate and did not have to do chemo but chose to do a horror-mone that stops the testosterone from stimulating the cancer cells. The reason for this is to have any cancer cells that might have survived the radiation die off over time. Since I'm not producing any testosterone, read this in a higher pitch.

I'm doing well and the prostate and lung spots are on the "watch" list.
