One question mark is sufficient. That is all.

I guess I can live with one question mark... as long as you don't take away my multiple exclamation marks!!!!

Multiple question marks is good enough for Watson, so it's good enough for me.

One is sufficient for a normal question. I often use three to indicate an exclaimed question or confusion if I am too lazy to insert an emoticon.

I find that it is important to use odd numbers. 1,3,5 will always be better then 2,4,6...
Even numbers tend to be awkward.

This means that options 2 and 4 are not a option!!!

    Do you agree?

I will choose not to answer this question at this time as doing so could indicate forfeiture of rights afforded me in the 5th amendment to the constitution of these United States. OKAY (all caps)??

I reserve the right to use as many as my mood dictates.

I couldn't figure out what looked better - in life i get zero style points around every turn. I'll throw a few more !!s in at the end of this for good measure.

At there are plenty of question marks to go around. Exclamation points, on the other hand, are all but used up by tabloids.

I think that we should have one at the beginning of question sentences and one at the end, as they do in Spanish, so that when you read the text you know up front that it is a question; therefore you will get the voice inflection correct as you read it.
