    Just noticed that the behind the scenes workers have heeded the hints that "junior member" was a little irritating to some. It didn't bother me since at 83 I know whether or not I am a junior, but I think it shows how much is being done to cater to the vast needs of group such as this. Kudos to Keith, et al.? -----Well it is close to my meaning.(-:
