    Bandsaw Table Support.

    Here is what I made to support the long pieces that I cut on the bandsaw. I found a treadmill someone threw away and used the rubber covered drive roller, handrail and some of the metal to build an adjustable support.
    It folds up against the bandsaw when not in use. It swings out on hinges and is held in position with an adjustable chain. The roller support tube moves in and out of a larger tube welded to the base and has a bolt to lock it in place.

    Great idea. I might think about this for a side support in the future. Looks like it might be a bit high though. Maybe adding a trunbuckle in with the chain to give is some more addjustment might work okay.
