OK, I need help. The rules say pics must be under 1024 kb. My old Adobe Photodeluxe 1.0 says the file is 850 kb, but it keeps getting bounced as being too large. Can someone tell me what I am missing? I'm not too sharp on these kb things.

I believe the maximum size is 102.4KB
You need to resize smaller
