    Ambrosia bowl done

well finaly had some time to finish one of the ambrosia bowls I've been working on Its not a very good example of the blanks I have! just practicing my bowl turning techniques untill I get a little better to turn the good stuff!
It was dryed using Dave Smith's method No finish just buffed on the Beall system.
Sorry my pics are not very good I need to set up a photo booth!

Jim, it is about time you turned some of that pretty wood you've been shipping all over the place. It looks good but it does not look like it was turned on a Powermatic...

I have done so much with so little for so long I am now qualified to do anything with nothing......

P.S. If you are interested in plans for any project that I post, just put some money in an envelope and mail it to me and I will keep it.

Not yet Big Mike just my little Jet Mini
I would try to sell my body but I don't think I would make much money
So I will have to stick to selling work and bowl blanks for now I hope it wont be long though
    Thanks Buddy

The bowl looks good but I'm sure it looks even better "in person'. I am beginning to improve in my photos and it didn't take much. The type of light is so important I have found.

Nice job on the bowl, Jim! I think you did that Ambrosia some justice there, my friend! Whenever I make my way back to the lathe, I'm going to have to give that drying method a good go-around. Keep up the great work!
