Timely post, I'm getting ready to set up a shop in a new house, nice to come across some good ideas. Did you just bolt it to the existing table?

I hope you don't intend to actually drill holes in that. It is way too nice. You need a piece of scrap to protect it. Nice work

Real purdy, but my question would be "how do you clamp anything to it?"

    Great looking table.
Just wondering how you wind the table up and down doesn't appear to be any room wind the handle?
    What is the dimensions?

Thinking outside the box were ya?

Interesting how you hung the drawers from the DP table. My 1st thought was the DP table was way down and under your table. But that would introduce allot of variables to your accuracy, having the DP table up at the top cuts out allot of those.

    Looks cool

I have considered adding a table to my benchtop DP but have the same question. How do you get around the handle?

there is room for the winding handle.....and the top is 18" X 30"

I would take pic from the back but dont want to drag it out ( it weighs about 300 pounds )...I gotta getta mobile base for it

Clamping shouldn't be a problem, could just use something like this, or make your own...

Since I'm thinking about making something like this, I am curious about the jointery between the top and sides. Seems there could be a fair amount of weight hanging in the drawer. Sure would be bad to have that come down on a foot or two.

John, for what I do, I use the fence to clamp to, or use squeze clamps from under the table
