Talking Another project done - I am a bad bad boy

Last week, my friends wife jokingly told me that her husband has been bad and she needed something to keep him in line. Between the jokes we play on each other, and my bad sense of humor, I decided to take up this request. I grabbed a scrap piece of ash, my jig saw, and random orbit sander and crafted a crude paddle out of it. The ash has a nice, well weathered feel to it. There is a long crack going down the middle, suggesting some heavy use. the black suede handle with brass tacks and a black lace tassle give it another suggestive look. It is crude, tacky, but will be worth a bunch of laughs this weekend.

    Dan,
I'll bet if you advertise in the right markets, you might just have found yourself a niche product!

I don't know if it really needs holes. The paddle area is only 4x6, so there is no real need to cut back on resistance. I'm sure that the holes would be more useful in a traditional 18" - 24" paddle.

    How about:

From (wife's name)With Love to (husbands name). In a nice script hand writing. Please ignore this suggestion if your penmanship is even remotely like mine )
