    wood tile design help

    Need design, modeling advice for this.

    Wood tiles will be 12x12 cut from .875 thick stock.

    Thanks for any direction.

    Gene,
    I think you can have the texture function in VCarve or aspire follow vectors that you create.

    I think there was a post on something similar recently there..
    I will see if I can find it.

    enroute 4.1 has a texture function which makes this very easy.. much better than any other program out there, including artcam or aspire for this function. Also, some programs like Rhinocam can engrave 3d curves that you have created manually to achieve this result.

    that is probably the best i have seen. i started copy and paste to get a larger panel and got an assprtment of results all good!!
