WOW! Really nice, Paul. Sure wish I had some cathedral ceilings to work with. I see you're putting all that nice MM equipment to good use! Jim.

Paul, this is really beautiful work.

With this type of craftsmanship and attention to detail, you will soon have a waiting list of clients!

Could you tell us what you used for all the painted pieces? MDF or ply? Great work. Alan

    room

    Ted,
Yes I designed, fabricated and installed everything in the room myself. I left the painting up to the painters. I am done painting for other people. It is bad enough to paint for myself !

    Alan,
All of the window trim was done in MDF. That was done in order to have the arch portion of all three windows match the vertical trim, all other trim is poplar. I would have done it in wood and done a profile on it but the client did not want to spring for the extra $$$. What you can not see is that all the window trim has a beaded trim installed on both the inside and outside edge. The mantel both upper and lower is poplar (stlye & rails), cabinet grade plywood and of course the cherry top for the lower mantle.

    Paul,

Do you ever work as far north as the Morristown area?
