You might try Johnson Plastics. They carry Norplex and may have some of the color in inventory. Also try Norplex. They've been very accommodating when I've spoken with them so they will check to see if they have some pieces laying around.

If that doesn't work look at Gravograph or whatever the latest name is for the old New Hermes company.
