I'm up before the chickens, damn it! Retired 7 years and STILL can't sleep past 4:00 AM.
I can take a nice afternoon nap and still fall asleep between 7:30 and 8:00PM.
It's a bummer.

I don't need no alarm clocks. I got my bladder.
Not even close.
- When I cycle in the morning (about 2-3 times a week), up at 4:15
- When I don't cycle in the morning (remaining weekdays), up at ~5:45
- Weekends, up by noon (without fail )
