I will post some files in a few weeks. Right now I am busy renovating part of my shop into a gallery/retail space. If only I could get my shopbot to sand drywall, paint, and remove carpet adhesive from concrete! Well at least it will make some of the moulding, cabinets, doors, inventory, and a sign so I will have to settle for that I guess.

I agree file size needs to allow larger files and several more posting variations.

Might I also suggest that we try and catergorize the files into:

3d/art, (Vector art 3d... Vector Clipart and similiar stuff)
3d parts /pieces (bolt, cabinet drawer, door, molds, frog, etc.)
3d assemblies (full cabinets, automobile, musical instruments, refrigerator, etc.)
From a library/archive standpoint and then have various categories within these break downs.

I would also suggest using iges as a universal 3d parts and assemblies.
Stl is great for 3d/art small 3d files, and if all else fails dxf.

The file below in orginal Rhinoceros format is over 3.5 megabytes for an example of size being entirely to small (this is only the neck). It may be that the file sizes are larger than the forum wishes to handle but if the forum where to open the door to larger files it for sure would bring people here if that is the purpose of this forum.

    Thanks,

Do a search on colt vector logo airsoft. An Airsoft canada website should show up. On that forum are six "packs" of hi res firearm manufacturer logos - five at that link and one military pack in a stickied post off the main page.
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.
