    Hail in western NC this afternoon

    What a storm. Sideways rain for about an hour and pea sized hail for about 15 minutes.

    It's been a long time since I've seen anything like it.

    Mitchell, Ya need to see some baseball size hail for about 10 minutes. Some farmers near here lost about 60,000 acres of corn and beans in that amount of time. Estimated $25 million lost
