    Covered bowl

This walnut bowl with lid is 3 1/2" in diameter and 3" tall. The wood has some natural imperfections but at least no splits. Finished with wipe on poly. Has not been rubbed out yet. Have patience with my photography. I am getting better, but sometimes I slip, like this time.(-:

Very nice lidded vessel, Don! You're really turnin' them out these days...and I'm happy to see everything you want to post about.

Very nice. Something else that's on my list of things to try! I'm assuming things like this need to be from seasoned dry wood, or can they be roughed from a green blank and the trued up in the final turning?

I like making little turned lidded boxes also. That is a nice little design. I may "borrow" it. Thanks for sharing...

I have done so much with so little for so long I am now qualified to do anything with nothing......

P.S. If you are interested in plans for any project that I post, just put some money in an envelope and mail it to me and I will keep it.
