SMC Contributor Denied Access - Need SMC Help!

I am posting on behalf of a fellow member and contributor that has been denied access to SMC for the past couple of months. Since he has no way of contacting SMC administration, I have attempted to get some answers for him. I have messaged SMC privately twice within the last six weeks and neither of us has heard back.

We are assuming he is not in violation of any SMC rules, as he hardly ever posts. We suspect there is a technical issue involved, but he has no idea how to even begin and can't communicate with anyone. I am now posting here in hopes that SOMEONE at SMC will see this and respond.
