Base dimensions of Hammer A3-31

Whats up guys.

Can someone please provide me with the exact dimensions of the base on a Hammer A3-31? I need to build a specialized dolly to move mine once it is delivered. The plan is to use the clips that attach the base to the shipping pallet to attach the base to the dolly so if you know the dimensions of the clips, all the better. The point is to make the dolly no larger than necessary so it will fit between the legs of an engine crane.

I just lifted mine onto a Rockler all-terrain base, using an engine crane and some lifting straps. I set the mobile base to an inside dimension of 20"x28". I used a 2T engine hoist with the boom on the 1/2 T setting.
