    text question

    First,
    HAPPY Easter everyone.
I have a list of names to engrave on plates (15) on each, and I need to increase the spacing under each name.
I have searched all avenues with no success, so I have come to the creek where I'm sure I will find an easy solution to my delema.
Thank you , have a great week end.

    If I read this correctly,

    For Corel

Go to tool bar select text
    on dropdown menu select format
In the box that opens go to the
    one that says line.

You can shorten or grow the spaces between
    the lines.

This is a very usefull area (Text Format) so play around
with the different choices to see what they all do.

You want to be looking at the position #2 object in the photo. Then you can visually do it instead of having to open up menu's and enter values.

Use the interactive abilities of the tool

If you select the text block with the pick tool and then shift to the Shape tool, then two arrows appear and will provide you with some interactive kerning and spacing abilities. The right side affects line spacing, the left works with kerning.

Once you get the correct spacing, look at the properties on the text block and apply them to your other plates. Or you might park a copy of the text off the page and then copy the properties of the original to each new position

    Thank you Martin
    You are a life saver.
I looked all over for that adjustment.
I knew I could count on someone from the creek to help me out.
