    Gast 0522 Vacuum Pump Parts

Trying to be frugal bought a used Gast pump. Carbon vanes are in many pieces so looking for parts. A owners manual would be nice as well. If anyone has suggestions where to find I would really appreciate any information you may have. Thanks in advance for the help.

Steve - I don't know if your pump is oilless or not but here is the oilless manual: http://www.gastmfg.com/pdf/OM/22_series_oilless_om.pdf

As far as the repair kit - I would call Surplus Center and see what they had: 1-800-488-3407 If no luck there - I would check with Grainger.

    Gast pump

Steve you can go to the Gast web site find and download the owner's manuel for your pump. From the manuel you can get the part numbers for repairs and order them by phone.

I would call Gast direct -- I think the technical department is only one guy. I spoke to him a few years ago -- fixed me right up.

    Steve,

Did you ever find a source for 0522 parts?

I'll try calling Gast on Monday, but their web site says to contact a distributor.

    Steve,
I Probably should say this now, but, I just threw out a 0522 pump that had a bad motor, but the vanes were in great shape. I should have saved them but one never knows. Sorry. You can get the vanes on eBay from the guy mentioned before in this post. Good luck.

I looked on ebay for that guy... he is not listing any 0522 parts at this time.
