    My 18th Century Pennsylvania Secretary

I made this piece back in the fall 2006 and finished it in spring 2007. I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Beautiful work!! Great grain match, and I love the burls. Excellent craftsmanship.

Not sure where in your house this is located, but it needs to be showcased. Very nice.

Andrew, I'm jealous. How long did it take to make? I'm thinking this may be my next big project. Did you use plans, if so where did you get them. Any advise to us duffers aspiring to make one of these? A truly great piece!

Amazing work!! The walnut is spectacular. The attention to detail is top notch. This is truly an heirloom that will probably be around in 200 years.

Great attention to the many hours of detail work necessary to do a carcass piece of this proportion.

    Excellent...

Gorgeous! The only thing more beautiful than the materials you used was the skill you brought to them.

Great work. Love the overall workmanship and the wood grain. More detail pictures if you have them.

The finish is tug oil and grange Shellac. If anyone is to make this you will need two of the same trim routers(Bosch,Makita,porter-cable,Dewalt,etc). To make the v grove and dados.
