    From the looks of the set there may be a decimal point that needs to be included in the price. May be of interest to someone though.

    Not so goofy.

    I used to design and build stage sets. While we could never afford this one, some stage production companies will buy, use and re-sell this. That will continue until modifications renders it useless. Each company along the way will get a better stage piece at lower cost than building from scratch. Buy for $58K, sell for $50K. Cheap given the amount of work involved.

    maybe if it was a real all wood ship, but styrofoam? i dunno, im not a set disigner, but some martygraw floats run in the millions. so the price may be in line. LOL

    I love that first picture! There is a Bank of the West sign in the background. Very fitting! Probably their company yacht.

    Lol! I saw that thing at the home and garden expo earlier this year. I though a pirate ship was an odd display when surrounded by vendor's booths selling window, siding, shingles, insulation etc...
