    problem wih x,y, on Epilog

I was running a job and the laser stopped firing. I pushed stop and opened the door. Took a visual of the magnets everything seems fine. Tried to start the job again. The head goes to a home position that is about 1/3 into the field and freezes. The screen says "X,Y disabled?". Everything is now froze. I have turned it off and on but still froze. Any ideas?????

Do a Google search above here for "Epilog x/y disabled" & you'll see a lot of threads on this, but the fastest solution may be to call Epilog Tech Support 303-215-9171

Mine did the same thing a year or so back. Hopefully yours will be a less expensive solution than mine, I had to replace the motherboard ($995) to fix the issue.

Call epilog immediately and let them know what happened.

    Good morning...

With the power off does the head move freely? Or is it frozen even with the power off?
