Jim I do not have any gril files sorry.
I would ask in the engravers forum.

    Vent Drawings

Here are a couple nice vent Corel Drawings. I can't remember where they came from so I can't give proper credit to the author. Possibly the ShopBot or Vectric Forums.

Don't fret with it if you don't have Corel. I can save the drawings as EPS or DWG files, whichever you prefer.

are you talking like the lattice you see where you have two pieces of wood crossing? I just did this for a ravioli press. it is really simple. the slots are 1/2 the depth of the material then you just space them for the size of openings you want. I did them 1.25" apart one line and used a 1/4" bit to make the slots. then I ripped the material on my tablesaw to get them 1/4" thick and they just slipped together.
I am going to play with some curved ones and see how it works. but they will need to be cut out on the cnc fully.
