    Duraplex

Has anyone ever used Duraplex? We saw it at Lowe's yesterday and I did a search but didn't see any threads on it. I would like to know how it worked if any of you have used it.

    Thanks!

Kimberley a google search shows 'DURAPLEX Impact Modified Acrylic Sheet'. Impact modified is extruded acrylic, it has more properties like rubber thrown in to stop it from shattering. Extruded engraves but it is clear and not white like cast acrylic, it also stinks when it is cut and not the sweetish smell you get with cast. These are best suited for registration plates and protective panels rather than engraving.

But it is quite easy to cut with a laser.
