    Just a thought. I did not see where you were from. Maybe a creeker with a straight edge close by could take a look.

    What's the reasoning for setting the outfeed table .001 below TDC of the knives? I don't understand that. Thanks.

    Well, if your outfeed table is higher than the knives, then you wont be able to push it onto the outfeed table...you'll run into the front of it. By setting it just a little below, you ensure that you can get the board onto the outfeed table, and a thou won't be a noticeable amount of snipe on a board.
