    Pakaging/Shipping Completed Pens

Completed pens are flowing into the distribution point in heavy numbers. (11,576 as of yesterday). All the pens we ship overseas need to be individually packaged. Many are being received just losely packaged together in one bag, box, etc. This requires Jackie and Keith to re-package these pens individually which puts an undo burden on them. Since they (Keith & Jackie) are not ones to complain, I thought I would do it for them .

Completed pens should be individually packaged in tubes, sleeves, or simply a "zip lock" sandwich bag. Personal notes can be included with each pen if so desired.

Also, some completed pens are being shipped to me instead of Hampton Roads Online as requested, which causes me to forward these pens, adding additional cost of shipping. Please ship to this address:

    SawMill Creek C/O
    Hampton Roads Online
    1213-H George Washington Memorial Highway
    Yorktown, VA 23693

I will be including these guidelines in all bulk buy and free kit shipments.

Your cooperation in this regard will be a big help. The project is booming and I expect the rate of completed pens received per day to continue to climb.

Thanks to all who are participating ! ! !

I've found that the bagies that the kit was packaged in fit the completed pen as well. Is that ok to do Ken, I would like to make sure and have my pens flow as smoothly as possible!

Those work just fine Seth. However most of the kits I ship are not packaged individually in seperate bags. Those kits coming from Penn State and Craft Supplies USA are individually packed, those from Berea are bought in bulk form. Any type zip lock bag works fine.
