I have searched for the adjustable legs for the torsion box and came up with needing help from ya'll. Can anybody remember the blog? Thanks Roger

If you are talking about the assembly table with shopmade ratcheting legs, that is my design, but there may be others like the Noden "Adjustabench" , and other adjusting height tables that use replaceable legs, hydraulic scissor jacks, etc. Search on my name. Here is a link to one post I found with a pic of my table.. If that is the one you are looking for here is the link to the second of two threads on NCWW. A link to the other construction thread is in the first paragraph.
FYI, I changed/improved the linkage and release cable design a little since this pic was taken.
Ok, I will say it:
That is pretty slick!!
As Cort would say: Fools are the only folk on the earth who can absolutely count on getting what they deserve.
Thanks! (You might see it in print someday)
Thanks Allen your design is exactly what is was trying to find. It looks like a project waiting for me to start. Thanks again.
I really appreciate Alan's design a lot...it's just terrific and in many ways, mimics the way my Adjust-A-Bench operates.
A low-cost/low effort alternative would be four rectangular boxes, giving you three different heights. The same could be done with knock-down "X" supports in various sizes. Lots of good ways to do this!
