VFD- Which One?

Looking to order a VFD for my 46-450 lathe with a 3-phase motor. I want to use 110V/single phase in and get 220V/3-phase out. I would also like it to be reversible. Is there something else I should buy? Remote switches? On/Off switch? I really want to get theorder in today so I can get the unit as soon as possible. I'm looking at the following units:

Dan,
The item in your second link appears to require 230v input, so it's a nonstarter.
The other two specify 115v input and support 1 hp, so would likely do the job.
RTFI and you should be running.
