I have the Kreg track saw. I took my Matchfit dovetail clamps and tried them. It only took two or three strokes with a round file to make them work in the Kreg track.
We used them at work for the cnc. Sometimes they would break if the wood was really hard but in general they work great. The added advantage is they won't spark in a sander into the dust collector.
When I was working we could get the 13 ply birch in a lot of sizes, up to 5'x12' but I believe they just called it "Russian birch".
I just installed the same hardware. It left 7/8" under the doors with the doors being 2" shorter than the opening. The bottom pivot bracket installs to the side jamb and has some adjustment in it...

I use mine quite a lot. I also purchased the Kreg track saw and with a little filing at the bend in the clamp they fit the track to clamp it to the work. The skinny heads also come in handy for tight...
The bits we used at work for aluminum are single "O" flute up cut. Pretty much the same bits for plastics.
Why,why, why do I need 24" of paper receipt and two coupons for products we never buy when all I purchased was one loaf of bread? Yes I measured it to see how close I guessed.:D
A few years ago when all the motorcycle and car building shows were on it became a problem almost instantly. People showing up thinking they could just hang out and watch/ "help". They had to get...
