Using Ziracote. Not good!
A tee nut that size is available at pretty much any hardware store, cover with a copper pipe cap or equivalent, or a coupling nut epoxied into a hole in the broom handle or paint pole..
Clean the cracks including with solvent, glue/ clamp w/ shaped cauls, let in butterfly keys on underside, reattach top with buttons where needed. Live with remaining cracks/gaps, possibly sealing...
A quick count shows at least 20 channel-locks, in eight locations. One time while crawling under a house, I found a pair that I had lost ten years before.
Good used condition, cleaned and lubed. Weighs 3 3/4lbs. 16" long. Chuck has some wrench marks.

I identify with 'Pigpen' from Peanuts comics, as there is sometimes a small pile...

Yes, that was definitely a cringey part...
One of those was for sale on Craigslist near me recently. Good for decorative corbels, but it's been years since the last job with those.
Kind of cringey but harmless, something to watch if you're desperate for woodworking content, something to make if you're desperate for material for your Youtube channel.

9 times out of 10 the problems are at the ends & connections and not in the middle of a wire run, so carefully check at both ends, including for nicks where the wire exits the box.
If you do...
