I used these:

The screws are terrible unless you drill the biggest pilot hole possible. I broke...
Also the drawer bottoms are oriented the wrong way. I cut them all and realized I rotated the dimensions 90 degrees. They are just nailed on so we'll see how long they last.
I'm planning on it. Here's a pic for scale vs the standard plastic case of drawers you get at the BORG.

Been working on this off and on for a while. Will be some nice storage for nails and other odds and ends. I didn't do the whole "make it a crate" thing, seemed like a waste of wood. Especially...
I looked on flickr but nothing high enough resolution. A "creative commons" license on there would allow you to print it. Nothing above 800x800 pixels.
Mine is screwed to the wall. I can't remember how I did it but I would not have been hesitant to drill a hole through the back case.
Here's my shop for reference, since its a shop thread:

Thanks for the pics. That's pretty much exactly what I want. Did you lay it yourself?
My J/P weighs 900lbs, would I be able to roll it around on that? Are there colors other than black? I think a black floor would kill the lighting.
Looking for suggestions for my shop floor. When I finished it I was over budget (of course) and anxious to move in so I've just have bare concrete for 2 years. I'd like to get something nicer in...
Thanks for all the links. They are mostly from 1 maker.
I'm liking the Magport. And for the port out of the machine I just wrapped it in painter's tape for the 5" hose. Tight fit. The Magport is a true 5" OD.

Ah, that makes sense. Like an appropriate sized dowel wrapped in low grit sandpaper?
Finally got a (near) half set of hollows and rounds. Got the irons de-rusted and some of them need a grinding due to a crummy job by the previous owner.
I was thinking of the DMT Diamond wave for...
Finished this up yesterday. Its square enough, a couple oops spots (had to relocate the right dowel) - but good enough for the shop. This might be the last time I buy the S4S pine at the Borg, its...
Looking nice
The other issue I've seen is a lot of wood filler in the show face. You might end up having to buy more sheets. That said, I've made a lot of shop shelves and rolling cabinets the past couple...
What room of the house? The last year or so I feel like the quality at BORG went down even more, almost every piece is a potato chip unless you get the maple or red oak.
Maybe I'll put the 5" hose on the bottom closer in.
Interesting, I'd rather have those off and if it works better that's a bonus. Makes me think that it would be even better on a slider with the rails in the front so the hose can be closer to the cut.
Slapped some 1/8" ply on it. It works a little better than just having the shop-vac attached to the rear port. I need to caulk all the seams increase the hose to a 5" and just drop the big gulp.

I'm going to start with that 4" big gulp and see how it does, and then maybe switch it to a 5" or 6" port. I've been using my shop vac attached to the rear port and it gets a lot of it but trying to...
