Kev it is just that in the example where the lines cross I need them broken some of the parts can be deleted.

Ok here is the issue look at the cuts and on the roof how jagged the curves are. THe fact that the cut is not lining up with the etching.
So I sent this to Epilog of what I have...

We did the same thing only issue was the joints letting smell out so we just used the silver ac tape over gorella tape.

your 100% correct but that is not what is happening it is putting them on the guide layer and nothing goes on the desk top when it is off the paper.

I have created a master page in Corel 2017 that i use over and over doing save as file.cdr. So the file consist of page 1 with its own layout of guides and layers, page 2 has its own layout of guides...

None of that helps but got Ian on the phone from epilog and he says it is the 32 bit ver of corel not able to handle the larger files. He also said dont worry about the router being all works :)...
