There were very few car wash/gas stations around here. As far as I know they all closed down years ago. They have been building semi do it yourself “ride through the tunnel” washes left & right.
Your shop has filled up nicely. That is a lot of floor mats.

Exceptional!
I am leaning in that direction too.
I absolutely agree with you. I ditched Norton 20+ years ago and remember an unpleasant fight to remove it from my PC.
I’ve been tossing this around since last week. I don’t use all of the features of 10.5.
I got one this morning. Generally all you have to do is look at the senders email address to know it's bogus. Gmail does a good job of recognizing junk. My Outlook account seldom spots them. As...
I sent my 1 ton lathe packing last week to its new home. It was fun getting it on the trailer! Note the once mine MM16 in the background. Package deal..
I hate borrowing tools or anything else. I typically will buy whatever I need when I need it. I will loan some tools out, (but not others) to a few trusted friends/family.
The downside to buying...
I had a MT chuck fall out of the quill while side milling on a DP. It got very exciting very quickly.
Not entirely true. I have had a knee mill in my shop for 30 years with no noticeable wear on the ways. As long as the way-wipes are in decent condition you shouldn’t have any problems. I do most of...
That was beautiful Maurice, thank you.
Last week I posted a pic of my MM16 departing. Today, my engine lathe is patiently waiting for the evil forklift to arrive.
Thanks for posting that, I had no idea Eddie Albert was a WWII hero. He was one of my favorite actors.
RIP
Nice work Tom. I'm in the process of getting bathroom/shower remodel quotes right now. Can you come to Albuquerque? :)
A sad week for me as I’m in the process of downsizing the shop of things I don’t use enough. The MM left the building Saturday afternoon, and the 1 ton lathe will be gone next week. :(
Amazing talent!

I can't speak to current quality but 30-40 years ago B&S was every bit as good as Starrett. I still have many of their tools in my machinist box.
Thanks, I've been using it that way for years. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something new.
Is Google Street View different from Google Earth? I travel all over the planet with Google earth. It is captivating.
Brian, I have the 9. As Jim said, it charges very quickly, as in an hour or so.
A full charge easily lasts all day. Mine's usually at +50-60% after wearing it all day.
I get that message every time I go to the gym and leave my phone in the locker. It is a cool feature.
