Sweet job on the cradle Mark!
Congrats Mike! Well deserved..
I practice with soft woods as I think it is harder to get a real nice joint. Soft woods are prone to tearout with a chisel unless it is real sharp. For soft woods I have chisel set ground down to 17...
Sweet looking mirror.
Nice job...
Being a fan of A&C this one is right up my alley...
Sweet piece. And a real nice job on the dovetails.
Mine took a while to build but it still puts a smile on my face every time I walk into my shop...

Mine was being a runner up in a contest that Fine Working put on for shop cabinets.....
A lot of our members here gave the project a thumbs up.
For me getting a compliment from a fellow woodworker...
I am so sorry for your loss Raymond. You and your family will be in our prayers tonight.
Mine is to get the big reno done in our home. I have been at it for 10 months now and have finally started the final phase which is the kitchen.....
I'm thinking you are going to have one happy daughter when she sees it....
Nice work Joe.
She's a beauty Chad...
A fitting home for some fine tools...
Nice work Brad.
We get pretty cold winters. It was -40 here a couple of days ago.
My shop has in floor heating that keeps it toasty warm.... In winter I keep it at 16C - 17C which is a real comfortable temp for me...
Sweet piece Dominic...
I use a tite mark Marking gauge to give me the lines for the shoulders and base lines.
When cutting the shoulders the saw just falls into the marked line and there is very little if any cleanup...
Those are the sweetest tools I have seen in awhile....
Real nice job Ralph and welcome to the Creek. Nice way to make a splash!
You can't beat shop furniture....
Nice job Matt.
Good to see you are building a Morris chair Clay and have fun with your build Joe.
And don't worry about veneering the legs. Gus Stickley used to do it that way...;)
Here is a QSWO sideboard I make a few years ago that has solid panels which as others have said float.
The plan, I believe, came from wood magazine.

Looks pretty close to what you are...
Looks great Mike. Just what one needs here for our climate.
As a side note when's the party for all the Stony Plain Creekers......:D
I've got a few.

Two of the four drawers....
Hope everyone is getting a little shop time.
If the boss likes it, it's perfect....
Nice work on the table Joseph.
Greg the bits I use for my peppermills I got from Lee Valley.
With them I have made mills up to 24" tall.
They are called Maxi-Cut Forstner Bits
A little late to the party.. But my vote would be a shop full of cherry cabinets.
An early congrats to your new addition to your family Colm. And nice work on the cradle.
Make sure you post some pics of the changing table when it's done.
