I think I'll stay with Windows
Thanks for the advice, I’m not sure what I’m going to do.
Has anyone done this transition?
How did it go?
I only use a computer for internet , bill paying, excel spreadsheet, little bit of Word, nothing very sophisticated.
Every day I hate Microsoft a...
I have a service agreement for my whole house generator. It cost $415/ year. Once a year they change the oil and filter and test the system . A second time they just test the system. I’m thinking...
Interesting how my “basic product” thread has evolved into a discussion of key fobs, a perfect example of what is NOT a basic product.
I like the DH too, without it every third inning is a dead inning.
All sports, not just baseball. I hadn't thought about that but I completely agree, I think Buffalo citizens are paying something like $600 million as part of the cost of a new football stadium.
-Do not put a man on second base to start the tenth inning, next thing will be if there is no score by the twelfth inning we flip a coin:)
- let each manager get two reviews per game on anything,...
It’s from Lee Valley, as I said, it was pretty challenging for a new puzzler like me.
Ok , thanks, I’ll try it
How do I do the above?
I can’t agree with that. With stocks you can look at balance sheets, income statements , cash flow, The products sold, market shares, I could go on but you get the picture. I don’t think there is...
Here's a puzzle I just completed, 500 pieces, it took me a long time, as a lot of it was just plain black pieces.
I was looking for a book written by Robert B Parker who died in 2010.
There must be 4 or 5 authors writing books in his name, this is confusing to say the least and certainly misleading.
Just got an email from Zelle Pay thanking me for a $299 purchase, with a link to click on. I deleted it
I never heard of them, looks like a scam to me.
Used knives from my old broken Ridgid planer
I get the Wall Street Journal, I probably read it about half the time. I just got a notice that it was going up to $55/month so I called to cancel it. In about one minute, after I told him to cancel...
I just got a new planer so I have some planer blades from my old planer. Does anyone know of any use for old planer blades?
Thanks
I have only done a few test boards and it works fine. I have heard the dust chute does clog up occasionally but plan to leave on and live with the issue.
When I started this thread my idea was a basic car, appliance, etc.. This thread seems, in some responses, to indicate that basic equals junk, I.e. the picture of a Yugo, probably the worst car ever...
I picked it up, the picture is from my shop:)
I was very close to buying another Ridgid but after reading your recommendations I bought the DeWalt 734. Thanks for the help , as I made this decision much more quickly than I usually do. Normally I...
I need a new benchtop planer (please don't ask me why, it's my own fault:mad:)
I just a hobbyist but I do use a planer quite a bit. I've had a Ridgid for about 10 years and I am quite happy with it,...
My suggestion would be to move on. I'd also suggest you get two new quotes.
I use GPS all the time and,yes it does make a mistake on occasion, but without it I make a lot more mistakes than it does.
