To those familiar with the turbo hepa version, is the canister filter washable and does it need to be used with a bag?
If it is not washable, how often does it need to be replaced?
Thx
great idea, where did you find the bucket?
Are you using the pad protector? I am and I wonder if that has an impact...
Has anyone used the new Fein Turbo design head to head with the old one? Where there any major deficiencies with the previous generation that have been engineered out?
Black walnut in this case.
I actually started at 100 then went to 120, then 180, then sanded with a cork block with the grain. Now that I have a few coats of varnish on I see radiused scratches (not pigtails) spaced parallel...
I definitely have more of an issue than a rogue grain or two, I have a really bad scratch pattern left from the 100 grit Abranet. Looking to the specs of my vac vs. those like fein and festool I see...
Hmm.. Mine is hooked to a large shopvac designed for 2 1/2" hose running through a dust deputy but my dust extraction on the Ceros with the abranet disc is much worse than 7-hole disc on my porter...

Approximately how large is your shop?
Should I consider waterlox original finish sealer?
I am making a simple vanity top with Sipo mahogany to hold a faucet and vessel sink for my half bath.
I am looking for recommendations on finishes for this application. Since it is in the half...
It it may have been lumber yard BS. A buddy of mine is a home builder and always uses Advantech for the subfloors. He got a quote last week that was pretty cheap and questioned it but the yard told...
To those who have bought these, what are your impressions so far?
I believe that there are two grades of Advantec on the market, one is priced about the same as regular OSB and the other one is the good stuff...
Awesome. Thx
Thanks for that info! How often do you need to adjust the infeed and outfeed tables to keep them coplaner?
Does anyone have experience with this portamate router p254? To make a very long story short, I have been through 4 defective PC75812 routers (great customer service, bad batch of routers...tons of...
