Hello, I have a working NH V3400 and working EP module. My problem is the firmware version on the EP is 1.66. I need to know how to update the EP to V2. so I can use Gravostyle 98. Any help...

I have an EP module that seems dead as a doornail. Ive got up to the power board, then nada. Current to fuse on board, then nothing coming out of transformer. Any suggestions appreciated. thanks Bill

I bought an EP module to use with my V3400 New Hermes engraving table. The machine that comes up during boot is 7200. I'm not grasping how to change it. Thanks
