Not now but I am pretty sure I was on it last evening.
I'm late to the thread but I had both shots with no problems at all. Moderna for me .
If you are putting it between two sheets why not just screw everything together? No glue to worry about, reversible if something goes south.
It also sounds like you have to large a gap around the bit. Tighten it up as small as possible. The length is giving you a lot of leverage to over come the feather board.
WOW. A lot to drool over. Thanks for posting it.
Do you have the hardware in hand? When I did one similar only the "top" 2 inches of the bolt was 1/2" diameter. I think the connecting rod was only 1/4". We routed a groove and plugged it. Look into...
I watch a lot of you tube. All that I regularly watch are very upfront about whether or not the tools/products were purchased or sponsored. From there it's up to the viewer to weigh the information...
I have a 6' Starrett. It takes two hands to move it around. This is a good thing when marking or cutting but sometimes hinders getting it "on the marks" by myself. I also have a 12 foot Starrett rule...
We have a 12 tooth full kerf blade for thick stock. Yes it leaves a rough surface but has no problem going full depth.
The tops are solid slabs, not laminated. Matt sawed them and they were dried in a vacuum kiln. Him and the gentleman with the kiln are investigating if there is a workbench market for the dried slabs.
We use one of these at work for packaging. Air and electric. Sticks are 1" Dia. x 3" long. Pumps a lot of glue. 441452

One more where it's just going to pay this years taxes.
I also meant to say that for any cutting problem weather it's a saw, router, even a drill the first thing to try is change the blade or bit or drill and see if you still have the problem.
Have you tried a different bit? What type bit are you using? Straight , Spiral up? Are you hand feeding or are you using a hold down of some kind? If you are hand feeding and the stock is bowed that...
This gentleman has some inspiring videos. On my bucket list to try.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0RV-K22jKleJsEj2h5cPow/videos
The radial ram drills will swing 360*. If you crank it all the way up I am guessing you could get 5' under the chuck. I may try it later just to measure. Here is a photo of my 1951 version.432009...
I leave for work a little after 5 and there was a package on my stoop. No idea when it was delivered. Sometime between 9pm and 5 am.
Not speakers, but this guy is the one all the rest of the youtube machinist call when they need help. Check this video where he is making cages for ball bearings for his surface grinder. Around the...

Still prefer paper and I balance every month. We were in the bank with an account representative and got to talking of this same thing. She told us we would not believe how many people come in throw...
Photos of your track and rollers would help. Depending on the track you may be able to cut an opening in the track to allow the trucks ("rollers") to drop out to remove the door. After trimming...
I made this one about 15 years ago.431585431586 It has worked well.
