Thanks for the feed back. At my day job will have a full time saftey officer, I'll print out the MSDS sheets and have them read it over. I'm getting a scrap peice to run a test so I will report back....

I have a request to cut some parts out of ULTEM (polyetherimide). It's a brown translucent plastic with high melting point (about 500 C). Has anyone worked with it before?

Using a M-25 to cut 1 and .5 mm styrene. I get a raised melted edge at the cut, sort of melt back. I've tried many different setting without much luck for a cleaner cut. Any tips would be great.

Still not working - but I have a good work flow now with Illustrator to PDF to Corel.

Thanks - thats my current work around. I'll see if I can did up an older version of AI - I just work so much faster in AI.

I just got a M-25 and I'm very happy with it, BUtttttt I can not get Illustrator to print to it. I send the file then poof nothing. Works fine with Coral Draw 12.
