I kinda like it the way you did it, without carving the skirting or feet. That is going to look really swell once the finish is on!

Mark, thanks for sharing. The detail on those carvings are really nice. The ribs, muscles etc for a carving that size as well as the folds in the wrap are to be admired. Somebody spent a fair...

You've got a right to be upset Mark. That takes a lot of nerve coming back after that kinda delay and expecting immediate service! You are a better man than me as I would demand a penalty fee...
Mark, I'm never bored of seeing your carvings. Very inspirational. Acanthus leaves are one of my favorites!
Mark, as usual, really beautiful work! And Pine! One question (at least for now) the bottom leg in the picture has what looks like a sap pocket. How do you plan on handling that or is it not an...

Nice job. Love the burgundy and black shading! It's really great to see such interesting frames restored.

As a novice turner, I really can't speak with much authority, but to me those look really nice! This is the first I have ever seen turnings for lamps but it looks to be a great idea and gift. Again...
Scott, very nicely done! Never thought too much about saving the MS but at today's cost, makes a lot of sense.
Kent, thanks for posting the link.

As usual Mark, really nice job. Looking at the pictures I can not tell the difference. Looks like a fun project.

Very nice Mark! I love the way the chrome works with the wood (cherry?) The carving on each piece also seems to flow very well from each section. The hidden magnet is very clever. Nice to know...
Michell, really nice job! Nice lines on the spindles and the symmetry looks great. Having built one myself, I can appreciate the difficulty with all of the drilling angles. Can you tell me what...
