Used the Craftsman3720 to mill a 3/8" wide by 1/4"...
Curved areas near the feet, used a drum sander in a cordless drill...high rail was lower,,,with a beltsander, and couple spokeshaves..and a palm sander..until finally..

Up date time...the 2 sides were clamped together, inside to inside...the back stiles already have their rebates milled to house the 1/4" plywood back. Lined the back stiles up
