I have a Benchdog cast iron table on a mobile base I built with parts from another mobile cart, using a PC 690 series router with a Rockler lift. I also only use 1/2 inch shank router bits.

With absolutely no disrespect to anyone with/using Facebook
I have never had Facebook and never will…
Go check it out and if it looks good make a fair reasonable offer, what you want to pay.
Your money, your shop, do your do diligence and decide, bandsaw’s go quick here, so….
Snowing now, but I plow and shovel on my schedule, it will be warm and I will be mowing before I know it.
Weather is what it is, never perfect anywhere.
Farmers tan soon…..
Shop is warm and dry.
Just don’t open the email, mark as spam.
Can you secure it between two pieces of wood and then a metal cutting blade on the saw you choose to use?
I have a P/C pancake compressor, does great for my needs, it’s in a cabinet so that really cuts down on noise, definitely makes a difference.
I also drain regularly.
I have pigtailed all my mobile power tools and some of the portable ones too.
The best way to go.
I agree, original cords to long and get in the way around the shop.
Thank you Lee
I will get it taken care of.

I have used 409 for years, for blades and bits, no issues at all.
Why does PayPal come up as the only way to pay online?
I have no movement at all in the vertical/horizontal plane or side to side.

Thank you. Very nice table you built. I also like very much the adjustable angle aux table.
I like repeatability, and with the lube and alignment, the table moves up and down the rack so...
Plus 1 on router height in the lift mechanism, also I have a 2 piece fence on my router table. Can be opened for large diameter bits, or closed completely to work as a one piece fence.
Did the initial sanding to remove the finish on the leaves, it was in very poor condition.
The table and leaves have a bull-nose edge. Thoughts on leaving it alone or a very light, fine pass with...
Hi
No offense taken at all. I guess it comes from my background, I want the holes drilled at 90 degrees and true to the piece I am putting the holes in. I rarely move the table off of 90 degrees to...
While I do not disagree with what you are saying.
I want the rack plum and true to the column. The table can be removed or pivoted out of the way in a couple of minutes.
So when the table is...
Have started the rework on the table.
This is the result from the initial sanding of the table top.

Hi
Thanks for the comments.
The rack is now plum and true to the column, just that made a huge difference in the raising and lowering of the table.
Just a few dabs of white lithium grease on the...
Did a little drill press maintenance.
Secured the rack, it was shifting as the table was raised and lowered. Also cleaned and lubed it.
Moves so much easier now.

Hi Tom
Thanks. I also have a movable auxiliary fence in addition to the fixed fence.

Hi Randy
Well, I worked around aircraft my whole life, a large part of it as an Inspector. FOD (Foreign Object Debris/Damage), was just not allowed, plus very strict tool control. So it is just...
Good morning
Rick, Frederick, and Lisa, thank you very much for the comments. Very happy to be a part of SMC.
Oh and to your suggestion Rick, I currently have four inserts, sounds like a good...
Added an extension wing to the tablesaw. It’s a Saw Stop wing bought from Grizzly.
I like the added table space plus the added stability of the extra weight.

Did not like the small cast iron table for the drill press, so I made this one.
